Damages & Defects Policy

To be eligible for the product return, in the case where it is damaged upon arrival and/ or received wrong product not limited to miss product type, size, colour, other wrong product details. Receipt or proof of purchase must be presented upon request.

Non-returnable items Policy

Refunds policy
We will notify you once the refund is approved . If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
