Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Upon the arrival of the product at your destination, please be aware that you may incur fees imposed by your local port of destination.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


International Shipping

Contact us for shipping details outside of Canada & USA, as it is A case by case difference 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 42 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@sajakaizen.com with your name and order number, and we will be more than happy to check the status of your order.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • We accept returns within 24 Hours of order confirmation without questions. 
  • For unused items in their original condition, we will initiate A return process following the specific policy and procedure outlined by the supplier. The deadline for product returns may vary depending on the product type and/or the supplier's return policy. Additionally, the consideration of waiving shipping costs will be contingent on the circumstances.


  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shipping@sajakaizen.com with your order number along with photo of the item’s condition. We address these on A case-by-case basis but will strive our best to work towards A satisfactory solution.
  • Exchange are product pacific case-by-case process
